We welcome all volunteers to the 15th presentation of the Monterey Bay Half Marathon to be held Sunday, November 12, 2017 and the By-the-Bay 3K and Pacific Grove Lighthouse 5K on Saturday, November 11.

If you are interested in being a part of this exciting event, we have many volunteer opportunities in a number of areas including the Health & Fitness Expo, working at the Start/Finish of the course, helping in merchandise and hospitality, or working at an aid station on the course. We will need volunteer help from Friday, November 10th through Sunday, November 12th.

BSIM Privacy of Information Policy:

Big Sur International Marathon (BSIM) shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations and guidelines governing online privacy in fulfilling its obligations hereunder and in collecting and using personal information about users of the Website. BSIM shall not release to any third party personally-identifying information about users of the Services without prior approval from such users, except that in the event a user makes an online purchase and personal identifying information may be submitted to a third party for fulfillment purposes. We may use contact information provided by our users to send information about the BSIM and events; provided, however, that users may opt out of any such uses in accordance with the privacy policy. We may combine into statistical format information collected from online registrants and use or distribute such information to improve and promote our event or attract event partners. You agree to such uses and further agree that we may disclose information if we believe, in good faith, that it is necessary in order to: (a) comply with the law, (b) enforce the terms and conditions of this Agreement, or (c) protect the rights of you or us, to the extent that such disclosure is not otherwise prohibited by any law or regulation.
